SL4s Script to send email with attachments

Hello Group,

Ever since I upgraded to Lillipop 5.0 Tasker has been unable to send emails with attachments using the SL4 Scripting for Pyhton. Does anyone know aa alternative workaround to this problem?

My Google search came up with information that is over 3 years old and nothing current.

I have not found a solution to this issue. Posted my question on other Tasker sites and no response. Its sad that a new OS will "break" something this simple.
