Both on the charger fully charged. Had to pull the battery out. Can anyone tell me the exchange policy for a retail purchase. Im ready to exchange for a new one.

14 days in person at the retail store.
1 year manufacturer warranty through T-Mobile. +9.99 for shipping.

Unless you got it from some other dealer.

Talked to Tmo today and they are going to send me a battery. I found it funny that they said I dont have to return the battery. So when the solve the real problem I will have an extra battery.

You have had to pull the battery twice in how long of use?

I also have had to pull the battery twice, in a month and a half of use. I wouldn't consider returning it unless, it became much more common. I also doubt that a new battery will solve the issue (however I did recently upgrade to a bigger battery). I suspect a software upgrade will be coming soon though.

I got it the day after it come out.
2xSOD
2xcomplete battery drain in a few hours from 100%
~4xfreeze ups
countless no wakes on first button push.

I like the phone but I can't use it as an alarm clock. I've been doing that for about 5 years now. Guess I need to buy a real one now.

Yeah, I would want to exchange it if I had those issues. Just sending me a new battery wouldn't cut it. It seems there is a software issue, but that doesn't explain why some phones work fine and some are nearly useless.

after fully chargin my phone....it wont get started again when i powered it off..because it shows me low battery even pulling out a battry n re insert it doesnt help nymore...then i have to conct mt phne to the charger to make it on....plzz help if u have ny solutions

What makes you sure that it's fully charged? If you pull it off the charger and it says low battery then I think you have a low battery. It sounds like your charger isn't working.

I had something similar happen and I realized that a GFCI had tripped and the wall outlet was dead.
