Help Slide to Unlock Change?

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S and I'm not a big fan of the glass window you slide to unlock. Is it possible to change that to a more simple slide, such as the iPhone 4's slide to unlock? Thanks!

Is it possible to use that with a custom wallpaper? I like the new lock, but I can't have my wallpaper picture.
