Root Slimmest Rom with HDMI out

Does anyone know what the smallest (as in filesize) rom that has HDMI out? I'm going to be using PACMAN as my daily driver but need a rom when I travel that has HDMI out that I can restore at will. I would like it to be as small as possible so I don't waste space on my paltry 16gb sdcard.

Thanks!

If I was to strip down Mobster Rom without losing features I could get the zip down to 256MB (which it was at one point) and if I was to strip down the Rom and leave only basic functionality I could get it really really small......

Basically you could download any Sense 3.6 based Rom and trim it down to your desired size

Thanks Mobster, right now I'm using your HD Lite but it's still taking up quite a bit of space. Any tips on how to determine the necessity of apps in a rom? Honestly all I need is a video player (I'm currently using BSPlayer) and HDMI out. This might be a good excuse to learn some very basic principles of making a custom rom...

I'm Sure theres a bunch of files you won't need. best place to cut down size with is system/app. delete what doesn't seem necessary
