Look for it in the regular market, I had the same problem.

Why does this not show up in the market for me? If I link to it from app brain, it says it doesn't exist. I'm rooted, but on a stock rom... does that matter?

i've had this setup for the last 3-4 years and purchased my phones according to which ones could support. 700w to 800w and now to EVO. this phone rocks.

How is it picture show over 3g coverage? This is what I want the slingbox for. Can I use the slingbox solo and still get HD football ch with this?

Another PRO-HD / EVO combo here.

It works great over 3G if I have good 3G signal.

At work the signal meter barely lights the first nub and it skips like crazy, but still usable. With good signal it's much better. On wifi it's perfect. I'd assume 4G would be similar.

Well worth the $30.

Now I just need a 'live TV' button for the on-screen remote (controlling a Tivo) and it'll be perfect.

How did you not pay for it? I have paid for it a few times in the past and have some licenses that are not in use. If there is a way not to pay for it I am sure we would all like to know...

You get everything accessible on your cable/sat's STB on the phone/PC via sling...its just like being in front of your home's TV.

I must be overlooking the obvious. However I cannot, for the life of me, find anything on line that details how to get around on Slingplayer (on my HTC EVO). This is my first day with it and I think I'm really going to enjoy. But please, where are the user instructions???

login.. select your sling box it'll come up
the remote commands are on top - by default you get a number pad but try the different options. Just touch the screen area to toggle menus off and on.
