Help Slow and sticky scrolling with 4.0.3 ics

I've updated to the new 4.0.3 XXLPQ rom for my gs2.
Scrolling sensitivity is very poor.
Fast Scroll is erratic and jumpy compared to my older 2.3.6 . (my emails are most noticeable)
Slow scroll is insensitive with sometimes a little movement and others jumping back and forth rather coming smoothly to stop.
Anyone else finding this?
Any fixes other than waiting for another new rom to come out?

I would revive this post because i'm experiencing the exact same problem.
I use to have this "lag" since I bought the phone in september with every kind of rom, official firmware etc.
does anybody know a way to fix it??

I am having the same problem, also sometime my mobile crashes when I turn on wi-fi and bluetooth
