Help Slow battery charging

It's intermittent, but my phone sometimes only charges at a very slow pace. Tonight I Pitt my phone in the charger(oem) at 10pm. At 4am now, it's only at 45%.

I have 5 chargers, it doors it on all of them when it happens.

Any ideas other than bad battery? Just seems like this phone is adding quickly for less than a year old, I'm a little frustrated.

Samsung devices need Samsung chargers. Use the white charger and cable that came with it.

I'll refrain other than I mentioned it's the oem charger in the original post, and that I've got 5 all with this result.

Try app named 'galaxy charging current' .. available on play store ... it will show u the output of the charger...samsung chargers are not as good as its phone... I replaced charger 2 times.. now using htc adapter+blackberry cable which works fine

A couple of solutions for you.

1) Not every charger is the same. All 5 of your chargers may be 1 amp chargers. You really need to invest in a 2 amp charger (original charger that comes with phone is 2 amp). This is a must with this phone.

2) Go to e-bay and buy a second battery with separate battery charger. This way you can charge your spare battery separate from your phone. You won't have to worry about charging ever. Just come home, swap the batteries- and move on with your life. (this is a must for long trips)

I bet you are getting very frustrated when people keep saying use the original charger when you have said that you are in multiple posts.

I have seen a few youtube videos that show how to clean out the charging port. What happens is miniscule pieces of lint can get in the charger port and hinder the connection. If you do a search on youtube for cleaning the charger port on cell phone, you will get multiple examples.

My phone was charging slower as well, and this helped. If this does not help, then I would recommend a new charger and battery. It is a small investment, to save you some major frustration.

If I had to guess I'd think the battery is failing considering you've said you've tried multiple chargers.
