Help Slow charge

Does anyone experience this? It was at 24% at 7 am, plugged it in and at 130pm it's only at 52%. This thing charges extremely slow. Do I have an issue. I'm using the stock charger.

With the tablet turned on? Probably not a problem. It's a charger, not an external power supply for the tablet. A lot of the current coming from the charger is being used to run the tablet, so the charging is going to be slow. (A lot of chargers can't supply enough to chargew the device when it's turned on, so plugging in the charger jusr discharges the battery slower.)

It it's taking that long to charge with the tablet turned off there might be a problem.

Well it's turned on but the screen is off. Never seemed to have this issue with the older note 10.1.

That is very slow regardless of whether it's on or off at the time.

This tablet does take a long time to charge (probably as long as any device I have owned) but not 6.5 hours to charge 28%. Try an app like Galaxy Charging Current Lite to see what the current is. It should be 1.9 or 2A.

Yeah...something's going on. SHouldn't take you that long to charge. If I had 10% at 7am, it would be fully charge by 12-1pm.

I use it before I go to bed. The next morning, I'm at about 50-60%, So I use it the following night. The 3rd day, I'm down to 10%. I put it on the charger for 3-4 hours and it's 100% again. Shouldn't take that long.
