Root Slow Connection: Downgraded from NE4 Back to Stock

Please help me get my connection settings back up to par. Here's my situation.

I upgraded my Samsung Galaxy Light to NE4 firmware via Kies, but unfortunately, all it did was use up all of my data. I live in the midwest and we do not have VoLTE, so it really did me no good anyway.

For me, it really wasn't such an "upgrade," so I restored my device back to stock MJA via Odin using ShabbyPenguin's wonderful instructions. Thanks ShabbyPenguin!

I love and prefer stock, but my phone is not as quick and responsive as it once was.

I reset my default APN settings and it says, "4GLTE," but I can't get online without a wireless connection. Shouldn't I be able to get online with just data? I'm onmly getting 1 little bitty bar.

What exactly should be in the following settings?

  1. Connection Settings
  2. More Networks
  3. Mobile Networks
  4. Access Point Names
Thanks to any and all who can help.
