Root Slowed 3G

Hello all,
My 3G was at [90-100kbps] normal, I rooted my Admire and tweaked my build.prop and it turned to [200-500kbps].

Then I used the 3G/4G optimizer and it went down to [40-50Kbps] I followed a tutorial btw.. I was looking all the threads around here about PRL but they were all for MetroPCs, I have Open Mobile[In Puerto Rico btw], and idk if it will work. I'm scared I busted my 3g, this happens when people want too much speed - greedy ones. (I'm not, but I wanted more lol...)

3g/4g app create a setup in your build i think in the bottom if you erase that your 3g will work again try that

Erase that reboot a test
