Sluggish response to commands

My Motorola Droid Bionic (Android Version 4.1.2) using Verizon Wireless has become "extremely" sluggish in handling screen touch and voice commands. From answering the phone, exiting a call, opening my email, texting, accessing an app or whatever I am doing, it takes forever to respond. It also occurs with voice commands...Just not sure what may be causing the problem. HELP!!!

Probably the fact that you have very little internal storage free - that slows Android down. Just a guess, since you aren't giving us much to go on.

You might try a Factory Data Reset if you haven't already done so. That usually speeds up the phone a bit, but I recommend backing up anything important on the phone first.
