has someone same problem like me ,can answer me someone on my question !?

Has your phone been rooted or otherwise modified? Check the firmware status, it should state "OFFICIAL". If it's "CUSTOM", then that's the why the update is failing. Also check the Knox and Warranty Void counter status, should be "0x0".

Yes knox is 0x0👍

Knox showing 0x0 means that the phone hasn't been rooted and modified. If it was showing 0x1, that's a problem and Samsung OTA updates won't go through.

As to why the update isn't going through. Don't know for sure. One idea though, are you in the country or region that your phone was intended to be sold and used in. Is it a grey import? You could try updating it manually using Odin on a computer.
