Root small problem with 3d camera

Hi guys. I just installed Midnightrom 1.3.3. i wiped everything and everything seemed ok. the only problem i have is the 3d camera. it crashes upon taking a pic only in 3d, pics in 2d are fine but 3d pics dont save after they take. the screen just shows the picture i took but then crashes and dosent save afterwards. i even tried reinstalling the htccamera.apk with root explorer. no luck. Should i just wipe everything again and reinstall Midnightrom 1.3.3 . or should i reinstall midnight rom 1.32 and just update without wiping system? thx for any answers that may help.

3d camera works good on my ROM.

Mobsters/Barebones v1.5 is completley bug free!
 
I think Dak might have included the anthrax kernel version that kinda messed up 3d...chad was trying something out to get camera working on CM10 and it fixed the CM camera but sense didn't like the change too much. It's fixed now tho
 
I can confirm that Chad's Anthrax kernel, "3.4.6 test", will fix the camera. Just revert back to that one until he releases the new one.
 
is there any way i can pull the kernel from the midnightrom 1.3.2 or do i have to go thru the anthrax forums. if i have to go thru the anthrax forums i think i just might downgrade back to midnight rom 1.3.2. because its less of a hassle.
 
Why would joining a vibrant, energetic community with good user support and knowledge be a "hassle"?
 
not sure but i cant even download the 3.4.6 one i dont have access to downloads and i dont know when or if i will have access to them but i found one post labeled [Official] Evo3D/AnthraX Kernel Help and Support (CDMA/GSM). theres a link in the post that said anthrax kernel archive. but like i said i dont have access to it so i cannot be for sure. and like i said in a previous post before, its just a hassle to try to be approved for something that dosent make sense like it says i have access to downloads then it dosent let me download anything. sorry but thats just friggin annoying, to wait for 1 file that will fix such a small camera problem. and i dont want to downgrade back to midnightrom 1.3.2 as 1.3.3 seems to have a 30-40% better battery im not quite sure why but i think its the xondemand governer that this kernel has that i am now using.
 
Don't take it personally, if you knew what Chad's been through you'd understanding why he's making us jump through a couple of hoops on his site to keep the drama to a minimum. You usually get approved pretty quickly. This past week there were high level, peace talks going on that will definitely help our little community a great deal so people have been busy with that. Just reintroduce yourself over at the forum.
 
Im not worried about it anymore i can deal without kernel 3.6. xthedakmanx fixed everything when he released his newest version of midnightrom with the reverted kernel from 3.5.1 to 3.5.0. So everything's all good again thx dak

At another forum lines were drawn in the sand, numerous accusations of kanging. Lots of posts deleted without any explanation. Just an all around serious buzzkill. So now he has his own site with his rules just to make something that he does in his spare time fun again. In the past week hands were extended and issues talked through in a positive manner so hopefully our community can move forward and work together on making this the best possible device.
