doesn't look to be anything to get crazy about, unless your experiencing those bugs mentioned.

I wonder if the backup assistant trying to do something in the background is what causes my phone to lock up for a minute or two on occasion. looking forward to seeing if this helps

Late october is my guess. the international version is getting JB in october.

And, of course, it will break root and probably reencrypt the bootloader. Great deal to allow remote access to the phone!

So no fix for messed up notification light mappings and auto rotation issues in this update? I guess those could be the stability fixes

Booo and no way to disable Remote Diagnostics if you're stock.
