SManager - Script Manager shows "removed" on script icon

Hi,

I created icon on home screen which can run bash script.

It worked fine, but now it shows "removed". Script exist in the right place and permissions not changed. I can restore the icon, but after some time it will occurs again(several times per day). How to resolve this?

Now I know that it is occuring after reboot when you are putting scripts into phone's sd or should be used SMshortcuts instead of smwidgets. So... resolved
