Smart Actions! How?

For some strange reason Smart Actions is always running and I dont know why? I dont even have it in my apps at all. I dont want it at all on my phone. Can someone tell me how I can get rid of this phanton app that is always running on my maxx. Would love to delete it completely but I can't find it. Thanks for your help.

Well you cant really delete it because its apart of motos bloatware.

Smart actions loads by default, but it doesn't do anything.but be ready. I absolutely love smart actions. There are so many things I use it for it would take forever to list. VIP caller list, auto adjust brightness when in the car or at home, starting cretin apps for the gym, silence when i'm in a meeting, it saves so much time.
