Smart GPRS cannot connect

Hey guys, hope you can help me.

I already installed the configuration setting given by smart
but stil i cannot open a site even the homepage. Theres no logo above for data connection
although i already enable the data mode. Please what should i do.

If other sim card like sun and globe it works perfectly.

I already did that many times. I guess there something wrong with the system or what?
I was already connected with smart before and it takes tom long until the logo above showed up.

But now i cant, although i have a 15 peso load,
