Help Smart Lock Not Working Right

Lollipop 5.1. Trusted location is home and it stayed unlocked all evening but locked during the night while docked.

Face unlock is set up but the padlock shows immediately and it needs the pin to unlock it every time.

On-body detection is on but it keeps locking even in my hand and needs the pin to unlock it.

Also, after powering off, all,the shortcuts to apps on the SD card are missing when it's powered on again. That didn't happen on kitkat.

Trusted place and on-body are now working fairly well. Problem seems to have been caused by Play Services stopping. Trusted face and the missing shortcuts are still.the same.
