Help Smart manager not showing up

Niez1111

Newbie
I went to applications and then all apps and it shows up right there but I cannot open it and actually use the app. It is also not on my disabled list. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Long press on one of your desktop screen pages until you see the option to load up a widget.
Perhaps there's a widget for Smart Manager.

Have you rooted/disabled SmartManager & subsequently unrooted/dirty-flash firmware image & lost root/etc?

That's a negative. I just got the phone and Alot of that sounds like jibberish to me anyway. I checked the disable app section and its not there either.

Gotcha.
My apologies for the Jibberese :D,shoulda asked in a language native to Earth, trying to find out if you modified your phone, other than via the standard fare (apps fro Google Play/etc...).
The Smart Cleaner may not be a free-standing app per se,as in your app drawer, but,in your settings somewhere.
Which phone /carrier do you have?

I have AT&T. As shown here you can use the app. At least by the picture not even half way down, it seems like a usable app not background app. Here's the link

One more suggestion/possibility:
I forget sometimes that most phones come with some of the apps grouped in folder(s) in your app drawer, such as Google (apps) & Samsung (apps).
Perhaps Smart Manager is 'hiding" in a folder in your app drawer...........
