Smart Pause Galaxy s5 doesn't work

Smart Pause on my Galaxy s5 doesn't work.
I can't even click the button as it is greyed out and un-clickable.
Anyone else have this problem?
My carrier is Verizon if that makes a difference.

You Have to enable the feature first. Find this page on your phone.

see screen shot. I use 'Search' and typed in 'pau'

I have it turned off, I don't want my phone doing anything just because I happen to move my hand "over it".
