This is literally happening everyday now. I have my phone set at 15 second timeout with smart stay on. It used to work awesome. Now the eye never pops up and the timeout doesn't work and the display just stays on unless I hit the power button. It works once I restart the phone but that's it. It shouldn't be like this. It doesn't even work if I switch smart stay off then back on. Is there a fix?

Smart stay and timeout quit working

Ugh I have no idea what it would be. I restarted it and 2 hours later it just stopped working again. The eye never comes back any more and the 15 second timeout is nonexistant. The screen just stays on. I checked my apps and they're nothing different than before when everything was working fine. I don't download many apps. I have like 5 apps total that weren't already on the phone. I have no idea what the problem is.
I guess nobody can help on this one. I did a live chat with Samsung and they didn't know what they were doing. The stupid thing happened again this morning. I'm sick of restarting my phone every 2 hours to get this to work. Is there a way to back up all of my phone info? I tried on kies and it said it backed it up but I don't see it anywhere. I would like to do a system restore but I don't want to lose all of my apps and stuff.
