Smart view overlay

Guys, is there a way of disabling the overlay that appears when mirroring content from the S10 to my TV? After a few seconds of viewing content the display on my S10 goes black, and this overlay appears.

It appears to be static, and I am concerned about the display getting screen burn from this

how are you mirroring to the tv? what apps are involved? are you chrome casting? do you have a screen shot?
