Smart Viewer.

Anybody know as to why smart viewer can be turned on and off on our devices but not triggered by the long pressing of the back key?

what phone model you talking about?
not all phones have the same builtin apps

metropcs. I used an app activity launcher and targeted the system settings apk. There is an activity called smart viewer inside. Holo launcher can open it as well.

Hi. I installed both holo launcher and app activity launcher and have not seen smart viewer. I am interested on this can you just post a guide and how you run smart viewer using those apps? I uninstalled them already coz I don't even know how to use them.

I used holo launcher to access activities. Then opened up a sub activity in the settings apk for smart viewer.

Long press on your desktop and select shortcuts. Then select activities. Now scroll down to settings. Touch settings to expand the options list. Now scroll down to Smart Viewer and open it.

Hi thanks I just installed holo launcher again but I only get widget, setting and wall paper when I Long press on desktop. Can you link the holo launcher you have?

Nice. Thanks. Finally found it. I turned on smart viewer and long press back button like it said on tutorial didn't do it for me too. Nice find. I don't think I will keep it though coz the permission for me to install this holo launcher is scary. LOL.

Did you turn it on? There is a slider. So you actually can't use it right? I slide it on and long press back button but nothing happen. Most likely the driver/component for it to run as it should is not installed. It usually is the case.
