My new a9000 smart phone will not recognize the sd card as well as the upper sim card. Almost seems as the upper section the the unit has not been activated. Any quick fix ideas before going threw the hassle of returning the phone . Thanks
It is very easy to get the SIM in upside down or backwards. Make sure it's inserted correctly. Also, reboot the phone with the sd card in place and then see if you can reformat it right in the phone.
