Hi,
New to Android and could not find an answer in related post sorry.
I have an X10i, just updated to 2.1 OS, and have reinstalled Handcent, yes Im getting double txts again in Handcent and the default SMS service.
I have turned everything off in the sms service as in notifications etc, there are very few options in 2.1
But the sms service still pops up, and then Handcent too, there is still a double up of sms in both services.
What am I missing here? Under default sms service settings i have ...
delivery report - off
notifications - off
notification tone - silent
notification vibration - off
sim messages -
push settings - allow push messages - off
Thats it? had no trouble with handcent and 1.6, and have made changes and then rebboted, issue still there, any ideas would be great!
Thanks
