Hi everyone, I am having problems with the app "SMS Backup+" with the backing up process.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S2, and I am aware of there being problems with this application on Motorola phones, however I have not seen this problem on the Galaxy S2.
During the backup process, it will save the messages properly in my Gmail account, however it only backs up the messages I have sent. The messages received are not saved. IMAP is enabled, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, as well as restarting my phone, and tried two different email accounts, yet nothing is working.
Has anyone else had this same problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?
