Hello folks,
DW's Motorola Razr XT910 is dead slow and I can not figure out why, so I would like to factory reset it.
I am able to backup majority of the stuff but SMS backup is baffling me.
I tried SMS Backup+ and after a ton of errors that it can not log in and I should check IMAP settings, it gave me a result that the backup is successful. When I log in to Gmail to check backed up messages, all are from 2012 and none from 2013
I tried SMS Backup and Restore, free version. It gave me a result that it backed up messages but since its XML file, I have no idea if it did backup ALL messages.
When I try to backup using My Phone Explorer, it tells me that it backed up messages and again, all messages are from 2012 and none from 2013.
Now I have no idea where these SMS are located in the phone and why the applications, where I can see the messages, can not backup messages from 2013.
Anybody has a pointer on where I should look for these SMS and how best I can back them up. I have already wasted 4 hours on this and I am REALLY fed up.
Thanks in advance.
