SMS Converts in MMS

use handcent sms... in its settings u can keep autoconvert off...

the defaults autoconversion cannot be stopped...
 
If the SMS is longer than "3 sms" then in the default app it gets converted into MMS and there is no way to stop it. Only alternative is to use some other app. I recommend Go SMS Pro (which is free).
 
I have installed GO SMS PRO on my SAMSUNG GALAXY S. But does it convert more than 3 sms into mms or no ? On mailbox , when i forward the long sms ,appears on screen ( sms convert in MMS) , and i would like to know if the same happens in GO SMS PRO. I have tried and seems going like a sms( dont have sure )
 
Even I had the same problem, called up vodafon cust. care, & as usual they had no idea.. :P

anyhow, go to Messaging-Settings-Text Message Limit, & set it to smthing high (say-2000) ,
after restarting ur fone, it should not bother u again..

like u sad, i have it as 250 (high messages )
but the problem isnt there . That is the limit of ur SIM or phone get.

The problem of convert sms in MMS is other.
