SMS crisis

[Android Question]

So i have a samsung s3, ofr insurance purposes i had to send my phone records off to them and it states that at a certain time i was texting while driving which i know for a fact i wasnt but for some reason in my records it says every 2 - 3 minutes i was my phone comany Crazy Johns Vodafone hasnt been much help they are trying to tell me aswell that i was texting but i wasnt is there any reason why my phone records are stating this??
I was apparently texting my other half at this time and even in his records it shows he hasnt received any messages from me

I have never has an insurance company ask for my phone records so I can't help you....
Even if asked I would not provide them.

And I fail to see how they could tell you were driving from your phone records.

I don't think this could hold up in a court of law so tell them to stuff it.
