Help SMS deliviery problems on Nougat

Hi, I'm on on Android 7, using one of Lineage, and have issues with SMS delivery. Sometimes incoming SMS aren't trigerred until I restart phone, sometimes SMS come in, but later after waking up from sleep, the same SMS I once read and deleted arrives again. This is a lot of mess, I need to receive textmessages on time. Any help?

Restart device.
Go to settings>storage>cached data>clear cached data.
Go to settings>storage>apps/application manager> SMS / message app > Force stop >clear data.
Restart device

The texting overally looks some kind of broken, if SMS is arriving, the sound alert is heard only very short. Now I'm transcending to Resurrection but expect it behaves same.

Hi, as I wrote, this command is missing from my settings. I use Resurrection Remix 5.8.5 with Nougat 7.1.2

I did this but with Google Messages the problem seems still present. Whit freshly restarted phone, I'm able to receive first one or two incomming messages, then all following messages are postponed to next restart or completely lost (neither they are silently shown in mesasging inbosx). Plus the mess with random repeated receiving of messages already being delivered.

I think the GSM monitoring service is behaving chaotic, I'd need some clue to fix. Btw. the same issue appeared on different LineageOS clones.
