Help SMS Font Size

Hi all!! Just got my Galaxy S3 on Saturday & have a quick question..

Using the stock text messaging feature, I find that the text font keep changing, even when I set it using the volume toggle switch. When i exit the app and go back into it, the font appears large again!

Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

strange stays the same font size for me if i change with the volume rocker and exit than come back

Mine will stay the same as long as I don't delete the message, but if I delete the text msg then get another one, the font is huge again...is there any way to change the size permanently?

i have my font smaller then it would be by default, deleted a thread had that person send me a new message and its still the smaller font i want

maybe try a factory reset
