Help SMS Icon on Apollo GT-15800

Even though I have read a text message I still appear to get the "jigsaw" icon showing on the screen when coming out of standby. Most confusing. Is there any way to disable this?

When you've read the txt is there still the envelope symbol in the top left corner?

If so drag the notification down and press clear.

It might be that when you 'wake' the phone up that you are seeing the old txt there, and if so clearing the notification bar might stop it.

Then again it might not cos I know nothing...lol...:)
