Help SMS in urdu language

I have installed urdu as input language on my S3 mini. I can write SMS in urdu but I can not send it or read the receivd urdu smses.

If your android version is above 4.0 then you should be able to write and read in Urdu. Even you can change the UI to Urdu.. I don't know why you shouldn't be able to read Urdu SMSs?
