SMS link virus

I received an SMS from my friend with a link Url7.me/NwVk1. I accidentally open the link. In this case what will happen, will AVG able to protect it on my S4?
 
I can see it's an APK from an unknown source that's trying to download, even on a Mac, which is suspicious. Did you actually install it? If you didn't then just delete it. And if you did install it, remove it. With this kind of thing, it's more your judgement and common sense rather than relying on an AV tool. Any apps sent to you from unknown sources, be suspicious and don't install them.
