Help SMS notify.

How can I understand that reception read my SMS or not? Any Application exist?

Hi

For standard SMS, the function does not exist. There are many messaging apps that do offer this facility - Telegram, Whatsapp etc, but they do not use standard SMS messaging.

I need this feature in standard SMS.

The SMS message protocol doesn't support Read Reciepts, or notifications that they have been read.
If you need to know if someone has read an SMS message, the only way to do so is to ask them.

If you really do need read notifications, then as girolez says, you'll need to use another messaging system.
