when i send a message i sometimes have a small envelope on the left appear with a green 'i' in front of it. what is this for as the manual as usual doesn't seem to explain? help me please!!!:(

Hi Their,

If I'm thinking of the Correct symbol {comparing it to my Magic} it is actually their to show you Details of the text. If you long press on it it should bring you up a variety of options including forwarding , Viewing messaging details and even the Delivery report to tell you if it's been delivered to the recipient or not :)

Make sure when you use the "View Report" feature that you have "Delivery reports" activated in the sms settings.

{Go to the Messaging app} -> Press the "Menu" button -> Settings -> Make sure "Delivery reports" is ticked.

Hi,

delivery reports are charged on some networks, Orange for example. and 3UK dont provide reports.
