Recently I got an sms on my Samsung Galaxy S from Qantas Airways, and my phone received it, and it comes up in the notifications bar, but when I go to my messages it is not there. Similarly if I go to notifications and click to go to the message it comes up with the screen to start a new sms thread.
I can clear the notification, but it reappears as soon as I receive another text or send one (plus it says 2 new sms's rather than 1..)
I tried powering off, removing sim, memory card and battery but it's persistent!
Any recommendations on how to deal with this? Ideally it'd be nice to be able to view it in case I get another one in the future, but I'd settle for anything that would at least clear the notification/delete the message.
