Hi,
I'm encountering an issue with replies to a certain number, where the SMS reply(s) fail to send. When I spoke with Vodafone MT (my network provider), they asked me for an example of the SMS and afterwards advised that its a device issue.
When they traced the provided time-stamps they found out that the SMSC being used for that specific reply changed from Vodafone's to the B party's network operator. After confirming that the Message Centre Number is correctly set on my phone, they managed to restore my service by having my SMS thread deleted.
Any idea what might be triggering this event? Or perhaps a similar issue was brought up before?
