Help SMS sending option

hi...i used to send free texts using a wifi supported app, but recently by mistake i selected the inbuilt message option as the default sms sending option. now i cant find how to go back to the state where the phone used to ask which option i would like to use to send the sms...any help in this regard will be highly appreciated..thank you

Open menu > settings > applications > Manage applications > Tap all (from the above menu) > keep scrolling until you find "messaging" > select it > click "clear defaults" (you will find it after you scroll)

now you're done
