SMS shows / sends to my corp email

Hello - very new to android. coming from an iphone4, so please be patient with me as i am trying to figure this out. I've done a bit of searching on the forums and can't find a solution.

It seems that my SMS are coming in to the Messages App, and its also sending it to my corporate email that i've set up in the email app.

How do I turn this off?

So you're receiving TWO notifications? And I take it the message you're receiving is via a mobile number, and not sent to an email address, right?

Yea - but I think I finally figured it out. Under the settings in mail app; there's a SMS Sync that was checked. I unchecked it and it removed it from my inbox and no longer sends any SMS to my corp email.
