SMS text over Bluetooth

I have a Chrysler 300 with Uconnect. It is capable (theoretically with the right phone) of receiving SMS text over Bluetooth from my phone.
Does anybody know what "the right phone" is? Unfortunately, the Chrysler websites, and the Uconnect websites are completely useless.
 
Ask the service department at your dealership to contact Chrysler and find out exactly what it means. It could something as simple as "a phone that has Bluetooth" (not all phones used to) to as complicated as a specific make and model phone. I suspect it's more like "any cellphone made within the last 3 or 4 years".
