Snapchat - Unfortunately, Snapchat has stopped.

Thanks to anyone who can help :)

Just purchased a Android B3000 4.0 and I am fairly new to smart phones.

I can occasionally send photos using the back camera but I am always interrupted with the "Unfortunately, Snapchat has stopped working" message with options OK or REPORT. I can't even get close to using the front camera without the message popping up as it happens every time I try.

I also don't have an SD card in at the moment if that makes any difference.

ALSO using home WIFI.

Thanks!

It is trying to tell you nobody wants to see a picture of that :-)

Might try clearing the data for Snapchat (Settings -> Application Manager). If that doesn't work uninstall/reinstall Snapchat. Beyond that contact the developer.

Did you ever figure out how to fix this problem? Mine has been doing it for three days. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice.

It's possible that it's a bug that the Dev might be unaware of. OP, have you (or anyone else that's having the problem) emailed the Dev?

Same problem.
I've tried to contact Devs but they don't care about my issue.
There's no reason this should be happening.
Been going on for a couple months; I've been reporting it; no response.

Don't suppose you are rooted and using any Xposed modules that could be interfering? Since the newer builds of Snapchat if I have certain Xposed modules enabled linked with Snapchat it force closes.
