SnapChat videos not loading?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace. On SnapChat, I can send videos to others fine, but for some reason cannot recieve them (an error message that says 'sorry, this video cannot be viewed' comes up).

Why is this and how can I fix it?

Same problem. Some site said to delete the app and then re-download it. I tried that...it didnt work. There is a fault in the app, problem is, video used to work, not anymore
