Hi and welcome
Well, you should be able to export them to .pdf using the app that created them on your samsung device.
Open the note
menu button
export
PDF file
or
copy the .snb to your PC, rename it to be a .zip file and then open it with windows explorer. You should see a contained folder with .jpg files which you can then convert using windows software (there must be lots - don't really know because I don't use windows!
)
