I love this phone so far.Going from a black berry 8330 to this is a HUGE change.I'm getting used of the touch screen.I found sometimes, I have a problem scrolling up on the main apps screen menu.Now It does work,and just may take a bit off getting used to?It starts to scroll, when I turn it sideways and keep messing with it? Sometimes it's perfectly fine???But I shouldn't have to do that?All in all it's a sick phone for the $.I payed 117.00 refurbished ebay!!MINT condition!Is there break in, on these phones?Because sometimes it seems fine???

You should also give Go Launcher EX a try in my opinion its the best one out there right now and its free.I have two launchers running on my warp using HomeSmack one strictly dedicated to personal and everyday use the other for Business,This way you can try the one mentioned above and Go Launcher or any of the others side by side and decide what works best for you or hell just run two like i do if you desire,And no there is no break in period the stock launcher has some lag to it if i remember correctly i think i started testing different ones the day i received it and never had stock since.The one thing i will tell you is before you install a new launcher is to delete all widgets you may have on the stock home screens first this way they wont be running underneath the new one (you can replace them),this way you will not run into problems like your music to start playing for no reason ect ...it just makes for a better install and less freeze's and lock ups.Welcome to the Forum good luck and Enjoy your day.

PS:The Second Launcher i use as of recent is Regina 3D Launcher.
 
Thanks guys.I didn't even know the touch screen is known as a launcher?LOL Nor ,I can modify it?Wow, what can't androids do???
 
hey bro...welcome. well the "launcher" has nothing 2 do with the touchscreen (touchscreen is hardware vs. launchers are software)...u can think of a launcher as an OS like Windows xp, 7, etc. xperia is also very good as it uses very minimal memory (its like 800kb) and therefore is very smooth/fast. :)
