Root So I screwed up. Stock Messaging help?

So i rooted, no flashing roms or anything, but i decided to delete some stock apps that I never used.
I saw that it was okay to delete the stock messaging app, if I had a replacement app.
I did, so I deleted it.
And of course I was hasty and didn't make a backup... dumb, I know.

Now the thing is... i can send messages but I can't recieve them??

so what do i do? I've tried a factory reset, that didn't help.
Should I just call VM tonight and play stupid or will they know I was doing what I wasn't supposed to???




Or is there anything I can do right now?
I don't have CWM... I'm not even rooted now at this point since the reset.

First take a breath...
Now, there's a couple options reinstall Poot and Ministro and reroot your device and either replace the deleted system app or flash a custom rom. Secondly if you have a PC available you can use the official tools in the all things root section to get back to ZV4 stock.

Okay, I'm sure I can reroot, no problem.
I was going to flash to a custom last week but decided against it, as I was too scared still even with all the reading I had done.

Do you know anything about cm9 and the CWM "noob installer?" lol i'm awful at this stuff, thats why I decided against flashing last week.

Right so.. I looked at the thread about CWM and flashing and I just.. understand nothing.

The noon installer you would install just like you did to root it and open it and hit the single button it provides. Simple lol.
