Help So many app and process messages...

Oriadon

Lurker
Having some issues with my Moto G 2nd Gen. Recently the phone crashed when I was playing a game and received a text message. It froze, so I turned it off and let it set for a bit. Now, when I turn on my phone, it will more often than not go black after the initial startup screen, with no way to interact with it. Tried a recovery which constantly failed to boot, and then factory reset, and even booting in safe mode, no luck. Finally was able to get somewhere with the BP Tools from the special boot menu, but when I get in, I am bombarded with error messages about different apps stopping, and then others about Android processes. These messages come up again so quickly after I close them out that I can barely navigate my phone.

Process errors:
com.motorola.ccc
com.google.process.gapps
com.android.phone
com.motorola.process.system

Apps stopping:
Google Play
Amazon Music
Google App
IHeartRadio
Pandora

Hi, sounds like you're having issues. Did you try a wipe cache partition? If not, google search wipe cache partition for Moto G 2nd generation. For the apps stopping constantly, go to settings then to apps then find the apps that are stopping and there should be something along the lines of restore updates or something about updates, tap on that. Hope this helps, if all else fails contact Motorola Services.
