Help So many apps and games not compatible

Hi there,

I am trying to download any number of games for my Ideapad a1-07 and none are compatible, is there something I am doing wrong? The games are such as:

Sims Freeplay
Mass Effect Infiltrator

I am a little surprised the Ideapad does not play these games, so could someone help me out, is it something with Google Play?
