Help So sick of this phone. Duplicate text message error & cant update firmware

Hello, I had this phone 2 days and Im sick of it.
It all started with the duplicate text message error. I found the long thread on here and worked out I needed to update the firmware using the newest version of Kies.

So I install that ready to sort this crap out and now Kies tells me this device cannot be updated via Kies

So I look at the thread to install new firmware manually & all the links are dead for the bits of software I need.

Im so sick of this piece of poo and Samsung for selling it.

Does anyone know how I can update the firmware on the phone now?

My phone currently has PDA:JK3 / PHONE:JK3 / CSC:JK3 (31E) and there is no option to update it in the phones settings menu.

On your Pc try to uninstall Kies > restart your pc > installe Kies again both from there home page, sometimes you have to do this
