...I had to get rid of the old dumb phone and get a smart device: Android, I had heard a lot about, but didn't know what it was/is, apps the same? Wife & Kids think I have gone mad...

Purchased a Huawei ascend g300, price & reviews good. Enjoying the apps and a few games. Love the augmented reality. Now did the root thing and learning some more...But I have some questions to ask, which brings me here.
